How does this work?
Think of the stationery as a display ad for the High School. How much would you pay to have the following?
If just 3,000 fans signed up, who on average send out 10 emails a day. That equals 30,000 display ads per day. Multiply this by 365 days a year, that's 10.9 Million Display Ads per Year at no cost, in fact you are getting paid for it, Your fans are paying you to advertise.
You can even put sponsors logos on the stationery and charge your sponsors a fee. Most companies have overlooked this opportunity, and it is a way to have your customers / fans pay for your advertising. This year, there were 220 million more emails sent than the same time last year.

PRICING - AT NO COST TO THE SCHOOL
Email Stationery Store is very pleased to offer High School Teams & Clubs a recurring revenue model as set out below.
These figures are Per Fan, Per Month.
The Stationery Sells for $5.99* or $6.99 per month.
High School profit would be $3.00 or $4.00 per user, per month.
With Just 1,000 users, based on $5.99* selling price, the school would
receive $3,000 per month to spend on whatever they needed.
Our $2.99 production fee includes our design and hosting and serving of all the graphics from our servers,
this includes built in bandwidth charges and credit card processing.
All stationery would be sold exclusively by ESS on our dedicated high school sports website. Our system would then generate the stationery for the customer and email them the url location to go to pick up the stationery item, along with installation instructions.
We would send monthly checks to the high school. The stationery is used year round, so generates you an income from the fans even in the off season. All our pricing is individual to each client based on potential sales market. This money can be used as you want, to buy uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, game travel expenses, the list is endless.

Here are some projections for your school.
We would plan to initially offer team & club stationery. The fan would go to our website. Choose the stationery set they would like and then make their purchase. To support the recurring revenue model, some location on the stationery would have a centrally stored graphic of the team/player which would be changed out automatically every month, along with the standings which would be updated weekly or as needed.
Ultimately it is all about branding and raising funds for the school and keeping the team name in front of the fan base. This is more important in the off-season. Email Stationery does this on several levels, One with the brand images, and two with the active links back to the team website. Also the added benefit of utilizing a central graphics server, certain items can be changed out and updated without the fans intervention, and all the graphics are stored securely on our server and can't be duplicated.
